The length of training is prescribed individually by subjective tolerance, and the length of the following training is determined as one minute more of the previous one, but no more than 20 minutes.
EFFECT: higher effectiveness of hypercapnic-hypoxic training ensured by effective carbon dioxide concentration for cerebral hemodynamic response, and sparing introduction period and choice of an individual respiratory mode.
