FIELD: medicine, particularly, surgery. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes carrying out microcholecystostomy, dissolving concrements in solution, administering 70-percent ethyl alcohol into gallbladder via tube having outer diameter of 2.8 mm maximum if concrements are of mixed and pigment type, treating gallbladder contents with ultrasound at frequency of 27 kHz and amplitude of 30 to 100 mcm during one minute, sucking off alcohol, filling gallbladder with hydrophobic solution, repeatedly treating gallbladder with ultrasound, removing concrement lysis products, and replacing tube by microcholecystostomic draining device.
