FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: microcholecystostome is imposed under ultrasound control. Prior to carboxyperitoneum application, microcholecystostome drainage dislocation from the gallbladder cavity is prevented. After laparoscopic clipping of the cystic duct, the gallbladder is aspirated through the microcholecystostome. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is performed with superimposed microcholecystostome. Drainage is removed after bladder duct clipping and completely emptying of the gallbladder. The microcholecystostome opening is targetedly coagulated from the side of the gallbladder bed.
EFFECT: method helps to prevent purulent-inflammatory complications by reducing the risk of peritoneal cavity contamination with tissue detritus and infected bile.
