FIELD: medicine, particularly, traumatology and surgery. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes positioning patient at distance of 1.0 to 1.5 m from source of laser radiation, using laser beams having power density of 20 MW/sq. cm in chirp amplitude modulation mode, i.e. pulses at frequency of 10 to 300 kHz, directing laser beams at right angles to wound plane enveloping entire wound surface and covering part of sound tissue around wound, and exposing wound to field irradiation or scanning beams if wound surface area is rather great. Exposure of each area should last 1.5 to 2.0 min. Total single exposure should run from 6 to 10 min depending on dimensions of wound. Cure should include 15 daily procedures. EFFECT: treatment period reduced to 24 days.
