SUBSTANCE: out of external-lateral incision one should form fascial- osseous transplant out of distal dorsal part of iliotibial tract and part of osseous foundation at tibial condyle at its desinsertion against distal fixation site to carry out transplant's reinsertion at tension being 8-12 mm distally and to the front against initial fixation site that stabilizes external tibial condyle in contrast to that in sagittal plane.
