FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: after operative intervention perforated veins are bandaged at area of trophic disorders. Three days after rejection of coagulation film takes place the whole operation zone is affected by defocused beam of He-Ne laser at wavelength 0.63 μm, density 20 mWt/сm², exposition being 180-300 s said process is carried out to complete epithelization. Bandage of 5 % actovegine ointment is applied after each of seances. Simultaneously actovegine solution is injected intravenously within 8 days, scheme of injection being given in specification. EFFECT: decreases treatment time.
