FIELD: rendering toxic agents harmless technology. SUBSTANCE: toxic agents are subjected to thermal decomposition at the region of burning of liquid organic fuel at presence of oxygen at temperature 2200-3200 deg K. Then aqueous solution of calcium acetate is introduced into combustion product flux and composition of the solution. Kerosene is used as liquid organic fuel (mass relation to toxic agent is equal to 4:1); toxic agent is introduced in form of true solution in kerosene. Device has reactor provided with combustion chamber. There is a bottom at the end of the chamber, there is output critical nozzle made at the other end of the chamber. The bottom has injectors for supplying fuel and toxic agent. Combustion chamber is separated to two zones: thermal decomposition zone which adjoins bottom and neutralization zone which adjoins output critical nozzle. Injectors for supplying calcium acetate aqueous solution are disposed at the boundary of these zones. Injectors for supplying toxic agent are disposed in the central part of the bottom, injectors for supplying fuel are disposed along periphery, injectors for supplying oxygen are disposed uniformly along the whole surface of the bottom.
