FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal processing of gaseous wastes for decontamination of harmful and/or odorous gases. It can be used in any field of activity, during which gaseous wastes are released. Device for neutralization of gaseous wastes comprises a collector of gaseous wastes, connected through a pipeline to a fan, and a vortex counterflow burner having a swirler, wherein fan provides controlled supply of mixture of air and gaseous wastes from collector of gaseous wastes into swirler, and a fuel device is connected to the vortex countercurrent burner, supplying combustible fuel therein, which is mixed with incoming gases from the ventilator before their combustion.
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of design of device for decontamination of gaseous wastes, which provides its simplicity and reliability in operation, and expansion of functional capabilities of device, allowing to decontaminate gaseous wastes from various sources.
