FIELD: sports. SUBSTANCE: device comprises frame 1 with electric motor 2. Motor shaft 3 is connected with drum 6 via adjustable coupling 4. The drum is wound with cable 7 provided with handle 8. As lever 11 is pressed with a foot, discs of coupling are released. Sportsman bends his elbow, unwinding the cable 7 from the drum. Letting go of the lever 11, the sportsman overcomes the force of the motor which winds up the cable on the drum. Lever 9 of limit switch 10 cuts off the motor and ensures training safety. EFFECT: expanding the training effect on muscles by providing for their eccentric action. 2 cl, 1 dwg
