FIELD: textile engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has a motor connected to a control unit and a bobbin carrier, a rolling roller for a bobbin positioned on a carriage, an inductive transducer and a metering disk with active zones. Each of two active zones is formed by a pair of disk sectors connected by a flexible link of constant stiffness. One of the sectors forms a rectilinear boundary of the active zone and is fastened to the motor shaft, and the other one is fixed to the shaft of the bobbin carrier and forms a curvilinear boundary determined in relation to the variation of the winding radius.
