FIELD: treatment of viscous liquids. SUBSTANCE: filter has case, divided by partition to input and output spaces, and filtering element made of water-absorbing material, disposed between two washers. Filter has filtering slit element disposed in output space in align with filtering element, and electromagnetic vibrator disposed in output space. The electromagnetic vibrator interacts with filtering slit element. The latter is made in form of screw cylindrical spring which has external surface to be made with shearing along the total length of the spring for depth of 1/3 diameter of wire of lock.
