SUBSTANCE: device has clamping unit formed as cramp having clip 9 with shank 10, which is mounted for rotation in opening 2 of flexible fork 1. Mounting receptacle is formed by gap 11 of clip 9. Construction of device allows rotation of clamping unit relative to axis of shank 10 and axes shaft disposed in openings 4 to be provided, as well as rotation of jaws in horizontal plane to be conducted. As a result surfaces Г, Д, Е and Ж disposed in three mutually perpendicular planes may be treated at one setting of part.
