FIELD: robotics and medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: principle of action of module-manipulator is based on absorption of gas-shaped adsorbent, for example, freon, by microporous sorbent 5. To increase reliability and speed of action the latter is brought out from working flexible chamber 2 and set in separate working fluid pressure accumulator 1. Accumulator 1 is connected with chamber 2 through working fluid distributor 4 by pipe 3. Heating and cooling of sorbent 5 are exercised using members 6, 7, feeding of which is exercised from power source 15 through control device 16.
