TRANSPORT MEAN EMERGENCE BRAKING APPARATUS Russian patent published in 1994 - IPC

Abstract RU 2022842 C1

FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has engaging with transport way rod with tip and drive. Rod has cylindrical and stepped form with smaller diameter from tip side. Drive has hollow cylinder, that, using its inner diameter, is conjugated with bigger diameter of rod and has explosive charge near butt wall. Ring, connected by rope with braking drum, is located on part of rod of smaller diameter, that is extruding downwards over cut of its hollow cylinder. Braking drum has treaded coupling with fixed on posts axle. Spring is located between stop of post and butt surface of drum in direction of drum movement. Apparatus is fixed on transport mean behind its center of mass in direction of apparatus movement. Length of cylindrical part of rod with smaller diameter and tip corresponds to depth of rod penetration in most favorable ground of transport way for given explosive device. EFFECT: apparatus is used on wheeled and crawler type transport means. 4 cl, 3 dwg
