FIELD: production of decorative articles. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of making a mold of a mixture of gelatine, water, glycerine by pouring onto a die melt mixture of gelatine, water, glycerine; after cooling the mixture breaking up the die of a semifinished product and casting a polymeric concrete mixture into it; when the product achieves polymerization degree 40-60% , breaking up the product, deforming it wholly of by its separate parts in order to receive the product, having a final form; then aftercuring the product. If the product has thin protruded portions and it is necessary to use a polyether polymeric concrete mixture after the product had been finally shaped, the above mentioned thin portions are being fixed in desirable positions with the aid of a wire construction. If the product has thin irregular-form parts, before to pour polymeric concrete mixture into it metallic construction of predetermined configuration is being inserted into the mold, such metallic structure may be deformed with keeping its form after deformation.
