SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of statistical polyhydroxypropylenepolyhydroxyethylenetriol (molecular mass is 3500-4000 Da) at ratio of hydroxypropyl and hydroxyethyl links = (85-95):(15-5) wt.-%, hydrolytically stable water-soluble organosilicon stabilizing agent that is a block-copolymer of poly(dimethylsiloxane) and polyhydroxypropylenepolyhydroxyethylenemonol. Hydroxyl-containing component is obtained by mixing components at the following ratio, mas. p. p.: polyhydroxyalkylenetriol 100; organosilicon stabilizing agent 0.8-2.0; tertiary amine 0.02-0.25, and water 3.5-4.8. Invention ensures to intensify the process by 13-60% and obtain hydroxyl-containing component at volume above 0.15 m3 which is used in furniture and automobile industries.
