FIELD: thermal treatment of tools. SUBSTANCE: welded tool of high-cutting steel is heating in vacuum up to 820 C three times with following cooling within 20-30 min up to 200-180 C and hold times at cooling temperature within 2-3 min. Further it is heated during 30-40 min up to 1045-1050 C and is held at given temperature 5-6 min. It is heated up to temperature of austenization within 5 min and held 20 min. It is cooled by gas. Tempering is carried out twice at 540-570 C with heating during 30-40 min, holding within one hour and cooling by gas under pressure 0.1 MPa up to 30-20 C. EFFECT: increased productivity. 1 tbl
