FIELD: internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: device has intake valves 1, camshaft with cams 2, drive mechanisms of intake valves with rocker arms 3 and actuators 4 linked with control unit 5, cam angular position sensors 6, piston position sensors 7, sensors 10 showing position of engine power control member 9. Load sensors 8 are linked with control unit 5. At nominal power modes, valves 1 are opened by cams 2; at modes of partial loads (depending on the amount of load), intake valves 1 bypass part of fresh charge into intake manifold of the engine during the compression stroke, thus regulating the optimal amount of fresh charge required for this load. Control unit is provided with load sensor signal converter, actuator connecting circuit with switchgear and D-flip-flop. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 7 cl, 3 dwg
