FIELD: solar-energy engineering; conversion of solar energy to mechanical and electrical energy. SUBSTANCE: collector has solar energy concentrator 1 with evacuated heat receiver 2 located in its focusing axis. Heat receiver 2 has glass envelope 3 with transparent pipe 4 filled with heat-transfer agent 5 containing solar energy absorber 6. Used as heat-transfer agent is high-temperature organosilicon liquid; used as absorber is diphthalocyanidin of rare-earth element which shall be soluble in organosilicon liquid and posses spectral stability. In preferable variant, solar collector shall contain oligodimethylsiloxane used as organosilicon liquid and diphthalo cyanidin of terbium or diphthalo cyanidin of lutetium as absorber. In preferable variant, solar energy concentrator shall have parabolic-cylindrical form. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 5 cl, 1 dwg, 2 tbl
