FIELD: baking industry. SUBSTANCE: unit has container for pastry, pastry weigher provided with a piston, try disk provided with electric heater, turning-around and discharging unit drives. Drive of try disk is made in form of Maltese-cross motion mechanism. Driving disk of the mechanism is provided with a journal which is connected by hinge with connecting rod of drive of weigher piston. Bell-crank is mounted onto the shaft of try disk. One arm of the bell-crank is connected with drive of turning-around unit, and the other one is connected with cod of drive disk of Maltese-cross motion through link and cam.
