FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in large and small-batch production of pancakes. Machine for making pancakes with double-side roasting contains arranged in process sequence: bin for dough with range, frying table with drive, heater, devices for spreading dough, tossing pancakes, removal and placing pancakes, taking and stacking pancakes, and additional drives. Frying table is composed of separate sections. Each section includes set of two rows of plates, inner one and outer one. At that, in inner row there are 1 or 2 plates, and in outer row - 1, 2 or 3 plates, and total on table are 22 to 92 plates. Dough spreader on plates has number of channels, equal to number of plates in section. Tosser of pancakes is located opposite to spreader shifted to right or left, depending on direction of frying table rotation, and it has conveyors, number of pairs of which is equal to number of plates in section. Taker and stacker of pancakes is located at right or left of dough spreader through one section and also has conveyors, number of pairs of which is equal to number of plates in section. Above each section through one, scrapers for cleaning plates are installed.
EFFECT: invention enables to achieve technical result, which consists in improved efficiency of its use, as total volume of produced pancakes during specified time, considering area occupied by machine and power consumption of heater.
