FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has two heating plates with heating heads, metering device, lower heating head stem drive with drive shaft connected to engine, and driven shaft with arm having finger engageable with shaped slot of rocking bar fixed on lower plate. Pivot and link mechanism provided with stroke limiter is connected with stem and driven shaft through crank and connecting rod pivotally connected with crank. Lower heating head has spring-loaded ring mounted through guides and two levers pivotally attached to lower head. Levers are in contact with spring-loaded ring. Ejector is mounted on upper plate and is engageable with levers of lower heating plate and with metering device.
