FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry and can be used for baking pancakes. Device contains electric burners with a frying disc and a dough container installed on it. Container is made in a cylindrical shape with the possibility of discrete moving and is connected to the drive. Inside the dough container a mixer is installed. At its lower end with eccentricity, outlet nozzles are provided, having a shutter-dispenser connected to the remote control unit by the number of electro-burners. Electro-burners are located in a circle whose radius is equal to the eccentricity of the installation of the outlet nozzles. Frying disc is ring-shaped with a hole in the center in which the inner cylinder connected with the second actuator. Above the frying pan there are scraper-ejectors connected to the inner cylinder, and rollers-heaters. Device also has a receiving bin, the inlet of which is aligned with the central opening of the frying disk. Cavity of the inner cylinder is the part of the bunker.

EFFECT: use of the invention will help to increase productivity during pancakes baking process.
