FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has pressure-tight case, heating element and vacuum pump, drum granulator mounted within the case on hollow shaft and whose space is connected with space of the shaft, charging and discharging hoppers for loose materials, and spraying nozzles for extract. A check valve for discharging air from the granulator is set at one of the ends of the hollow shaft. The spraying nozzles are positioned at the opposite end of the hollow shaft inside it.
