SUBSTANCE: drinking water producing apparatus incorporates consecutively positioned and communicating via pipes reaction tank, pump, filter, contact column with ejector, circulation pipeline, and ozonizer associated with ejector. Apparatus further has ozone return pipe. Ejector is disposed in upper portion of contact column and houses collector provided with system of concentrically positioned two-walled sleeves. Contact column houses system of baffle plates located on its walls and turbine complemented by row of wheels and rotatably mounted on shaft. Concave wheel blades have side helical surfaces, with concave portions facing baffle plates which may be concave and their concavities face turbine wheels.
