FIELD: water treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multi-stage water treatment systems and can be used to control water treatment systems for household, drinking and industrial purposes [C02F 1/00, C02F 9/00]. A control system for the units of a universal modular automatic water treatment plant is claimed, in which the mechanical cleaning input filter performs the function of an automatic flushing filter and has an automatic unit to switch to a flushing mode, the output of the input filter is connected to an automatic feed pump, the output of which is connected to a fluctuator-ejector; the fluctuator-ejector has three inputs: the main one is that of filtered water from the outlet of the feed pump and two additional ones, one of which is connected to an automatic metering pump, and the other one - to an oxygen or ozone oxygenator, while the automatic dispenser has a second input coming from the signal output of the water meter, and the output of the fluctuator is brought to the input of the reactor tank, the output of which is connected to the input of the process pump, the output of which is connected in series with the pressure filter of the de-ironizer, the sorbing pressure filter, with the filter of the membrane fine cleaning, the output flow from which is supplied to the input of the storage tank, which has drain pipes and a discharge channel connected to the input of the distribution pump, the output of which is connected to the input of the ultraviolet irradiation module, and the ultraviolet irradiation module is connected to the monitoring controller, which is designed to control all the pumps of the system through local controllers that are installed at each node of the system together with water monitoring sensors at each node, and each of these sensors for monitoring a specific node of the system is connected to the local controller of this node.
EFFECT: improvement and simplification of the plant design due to the use of distributed control of water treatment units, in connection with the above - improving the quality of treated water, reducing the cost of installation, increasing the reliability of the system.
