FIELD: metallurgy of nonferrous metals. SUBSTANCE: method of preparing of master alloy aluminium-titanium-boron involves aluminium melting, application of boron on titanium by electrolysis from the melt containing cryolite and boron oxide, and addition of titanium and boron to the melted aluminium. Electrolytic precipitation of boron on titanium is carried out from the melt containing cryolite, aluminium fluoride and boron oxide at the ratio from 50:20:1 to 150:100:1 by mass.
