FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the aluminum based alloys manufacturing method by electrolysis. Method comprises use of the aluminum electrolysis cell low-consumable anode as the alloying elements source, at that, performing the alloying elements introduction into the molten cathode aluminum by dissolving in the aluminum electrolysis cell electrolyte melt from the low-consumable anode, addition to the aluminum electrolyte melt of oxides and / or fluorides, and / or carbonates of the said alloying elements or the alloying elements from low-consumption anodes simultaneous dissolution with addition to the aluminum electrolyte melt of the oxides and / or fluorides, and / or carbonates of the said alloying elements, introduced into the aluminum electrolysis cell electrolyte melt alloying elements restoration on molten cathode aluminum, with the aluminum alloys base production, determining the elements ratio in the base for aluminum alloys and bringing the alloys to the given composition by adding to the aluminum alloys base of alloying elements in the required amount.
EFFECT: enabling the multicomponent aluminum alloys of a given composition production with introduction of the doping impurities in the process of aluminum production by electrolysis and with subsequent alloying to the given composition with ensuring of simplified technology and control, reducing the ligature consumption and, as a consequence, reducing the aluminum alloy production cost.
