FIELD: production of ferroconcrete products. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking mixture sample; placing it into vessel with at least one bottom opening; providing vibration of vessel and evaluating placability of mixture by rate of flow of mixture from bottom opening. When mixture is placed into vessel, a layer of mortar is applied onto mixture open surface, with mortar composition being similar to that of mortar portion of mixture. Placability is evaluated by rate of flow of mortar portion through openings impermeable for large particles of filler. EFFECT: increased efficiency and high precision of evaluation. 2 dwg, 1 tbl
