FIELD: production of coarse-pored fine low-grade concretes at compacting factor of 0.88 to 0.96. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes mixing of components at introducing air-entraining additive followed by compacting. Air-entraining additive is introduced in the amount sufficient to obtain volume of air equal to volume of intergranular space of aggregate which is not filled with cement paste in compacted concrete mix. To this end, curve of compacting factor of concrete mix versus amount of additive in percent of cement is plotted and its amount is found by point corresponding to beginning of reduction of compacting factor. EFFECT: possibility of using coarse-pored fine low-grade concretes at compacting factors ranging from 0.88 to 0.96 due to enhanced homogeneity of concrete. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
