FIELD: electrical engineering; protection of personnel. SUBSTANCE: device has screen 18 connected with hinge joint 13 and grounding arrangement 20. Device has also draw-out member 2 with side plates 8. Member 2 serves for grounding and it is included into switch-gear 11. Fitted on plates 8 are tie-rods 12 some ends of which are secured in one point. On free ends of tie-rods hinge joint 13 is installed and screen 18 coupled with hinge joint. Screen is made in form of lever 14 with fitted-on shutter semicylinder 17. Two levers 14 installed at one side of member 2 form scissor-type structure. Shutter semicylinders 17 are installed for spreading on levers 14. Hinge joint 15 of levers 14 is secured on wall of switchgear 1. Levers 14 can be made in form of segments. Shutter semicylinder 17 can be made of current-conducting material, mainly of metal. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of protection of attending personnel. 3 cl, 3 dwg
