FIELD: high-voltage instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: draw-out member has frame with circuit breaker, separate locking mechanism, face panel mounting support insulators, bracket for lifting curtain-type shields, and part motionless relative to cabinet. Separate displacement mechanism is made in the form of thrust screw whose axial hole receives rod with hold-down spring. Thrust screw mounts disk joined with mentioned rod. The latter is free to move together with disk in thrust screw slots, one end of thrust screw being secured to fixed part. Other end of thrust screw is disposed in nut attached to fixed part of frame. High-voltage equipment can be easily controlled within its cubicle when doors of metalclad switchgear cabinet are tightly closed without increasing size of draw-out member compartment. EFFECT: enhanced safety for attending personnel; improved performance characteristics of switchgear. 11 dwg
