FIELD: enamels. SUBSTANCE: composition has, wt.-%: frit 62.5-67.57; water 27.03-31.25; additive 5.4-6.25, and frit has the following composition, wt.-%: silicon oxide (SiO2) 28-36; titanium oxide (TiO2) 15.2-19.0; boron oxide (B2O3) 6-10; sodium oxide (Na2O) 18-23; lithium oxide (Li2O) 0.6-3.0; potassium oxide (K2O) 9.0-14.6; phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5) 1.1-1.8; aluminium oxide (Al2O3) 1-4; manganese oxide (MnO2) 0.1-0.9, and ferrous oxide (FeO) 3.0-5.8; additive has the following composition, wt.-%: potassium hydroxide 15-23; sodium metasilicate 40-50; boric acid 10-20; titanium dioxide 2-10, and distilled water 10-20. For composition making frit is ground preliminary separately with water, and separately - components of complex binder and mixed their immediately before application on metal at the ratio 15:1.0-17.5:1.0. Coating properties: calcination temperature is 500 C, calcination range is 110 C, chemical stability of coating - A class, coating luster is 68-71% , tendency of composition to turning is 172-174 h.
