SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of protection of inner surface of steel pipelines from corrosion wear; it can be used in the oil and petrochemical industry for the transportation of aggressive media. Silicate enamel coating for internal protection of steel pipelines, including SiO2, B2O3, Na2O, K2O, Li2O, TiO2, Na3AlF6, MnO2, CoO, CuO, contains components at the following ratio, wt.%: SiO2 55.0-58.5; В2O3 10.0-11.8; Na2O 10.0-11.8; K2O 1.0-1.8; Li2O 3.8-4.5; TiO2 3.7-4.5; Fe2O3 0.8-1.5; Al2O3 3.0-3.5; Na3AlF6 2.3-3.0; MnO2 1.8-2.3; Co2O3 0.8-1.2; CuO 0.3-0.8; CaO 0.3-1.0; MgO 0.3-0.4; SO3 0.1-0.3, wherein following oxides were introduced by the Chernoyarsk deposit diatomite, wt.%: SiO2 31.7-36.2, Al2O3 3.0-3.5, Na2O 0.1-0.5, K2O 0.5-1.5, Fe2O3 0.8-1.5, CaO 0.3-1.0, MgO 0.3-0.4, SO3 0.1-0.3.
EFFECT: increase in the corrosion resistance of silicate enamel coating, adhesion strength in the steel-enamel composition, and formation of a smooth defect-free surface.
