FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: product - derivatives of 9-aminoacridine of the general formula (image) where R - H, CH3; R1 - H, CH3, Br; R2 - H, CH3; R3 - H, C1-C5-alkyl, arylmethyl, diethylaminoethyl; X - C=O, CHOH; Y - CH2, X = Y - CH=CH, or their salts with organic or inorganic acids. Reagent 1: corresponding substituted anthranilic acid nitrile. Reagent 2: dimedone. Hydrochloride of substituted 2-[5,5-dimethyl-3-oxocyclohex-1-enyl)amino]benzonitrile prepared by reaction of reagent 1 and reagent 2 is cyclized following by alkylation of formed substituted 9-amino-3,3-dimethyl-3,4-dihydroacridine-1-2(H)-ones with alkyl- or arylalkylhalogenides to the corresponding alkyl (aralkyl)-derivatives, by ketones reduction to alcohols and alcohols dehydration to dihydro-derivatives by heating in alkanols in the presence in hydrochloric acid. Synthesized compounds are used as medicinal preparations. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis.
