FIELD: oil industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves copolymerization of comonomeric mixture of ethylene and vinyl acetate under pressure 1000-2500 kg/cm2, at 150-300 C in the presence of radical initiating agent and 0.001-0.01 wt.-% hydroquinone. Prepared melt is separated from unreacted ethylene and vinyl acetate, and diphenylamine alkylated with propylene trimers is added to it (0.01-0.05 wt.-%). Then prepared copolymer is dissolved in hydrocarbon solvent at 90-200 C. EFFECT: improved method of addition agent preparing. 2 tbl
