Abstract RU 2024918 C1

FIELD: reference current source. SUBSTANCE: device has three bipolar transistors, two of which are opposite to the third one according to polarity of conductivity. First and second transistors are connected to form composite transistor circuit. Reference voltage stabilizing diode is placed in parallel with emitter-to-base junction. Current through voltage stabilizing diode is autostabilized and does not depend on load resistance and supply voltage. Stabilizer is notable for high operation reliability.
