FIELD: production of precise castings. SUBSTANCE: method involves layer-by-layer formation of shells by dipping model into suspension of refractory filler in binder solution with subsequent dusting of each layer with dusting material; treating each layer (except for outer layer) with coacevate, which initiates formation of layer with increased concentration of high-molecular compound having high viscosity sufficient for preventing washing-out in the process of application of subsequent layer and for providing strong bond between layers. Coacervation effect disappears in 10 m 40 s and binding ability of binder is completely recovered. Back coacervation allows short-term fastening of layer with application of subsequent layer without drying previous layer to be provided. EFFECT: high quality of molds and increased efficiency by reduced labour consumption through omitting drying process.
