FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: pouring basket has inlet branch pipe 3 build in hermetically sealed cover 2 of pouring basket. Inner cavity of pouring basket gap volume is divided by stream forming member 6 into barometric ferroseal section and discharge branch pipe zone section. Metal melt is fed through inlet branch pipe 3 to barometric ferroseal and, upon complete filling of it, overflows through stream forming member 6, from which thin film-like steams and small drips begin to flow in the process of flowing metal to hearth drips begin to flow in the branch pipes 8. Pouring basket is mounted on three hydraulic lifters 9, which provide displacement of pouring basket in horizontal plane to any position. Adjustment of metal feeding rate for vacuum working is effectuated by stop of pouring basket or by calibrated sleeve in case pouring of metal is conducted without stop.
