FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: plant has mold, metal- pressure casting units in form of two metal vessels and gating systems. Outlet of one of gating systems is located above the other in top located in hollow of mold over its central axis. All these components are secured to mounting plate which is installed and fastened to tilting mechanism executing reciprocation at casting velocity upward, and downward, at velocity exceeding that of casting by three times. The plant also includes roll mill stand for production of hot-rolled strip from round billet. Unfolded in strip, guide heat-insulating sleeve installed above mold, gripping press fitted on bar of hydraulic cylinder located in hollow of round billet on the section of sleeve location. Gripping press lugs press walls of round billet to sleeve walls to produce regulated tension before roll mill stand. Installed before roll mill stand is supporting-and-compensating and pressing rollers, and shears and reels are located behind the roll mill stand. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 4 dwg
