FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: alloy of powder material with rare-earth metals is loaded into milling chamber of grinding device then the inlet is sealed and a bottom valve opens. A dose of milling liquid, for example ethyl alcohol, is delivered from regenerating device through outlet pipe. Milling chamber is filled through pipe union with inert gas and the pipe union closes. Roar mixer sets milling bodies in motion, circulating pump is turned on and powder material is ground. Before completion of milling, an inert gas is fed under pressure into sealed casing of centrifuge through a pipe and the centrifuge rotor is accelerated to operating speed. The wrung-out milling liquid moves into receiver through centrifuge outlet pipe union, hydroseal, case and filtering cartridge. As milling liquid gradually enters into receiver, it is transferred by pneumatic pump through three-way valve and pipe into milling chamber. The wrung-out milling liquid again enters the receiver. Powder of preset moisture content is discharged from rotor. Simultaneously, pneumatic cylinder shifts over the three-way valve and the milling liquid is pumped through pipe union into regenerating device where it is regenerated and cleaned. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
