FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device comprises casing one end of which is rigidly connected with cover having inlet channels, the other end is made as a tool holder. Cylinder accommodates inner barrel with outlet holes. Striker is disposed in inner barrel. Working tool with flange is installed in through hole of tool holder. Cylinder, inner barrel and handle guide are made from vibrationproof material with a low coefficient of friction. Casing has studs holding together the cover with tool holder, and a sleeve screwed to the tool holder. Spring connecting the working tool with tool holder is prestressed and is mounted in the sleeve.
