SUBSTANCE: transport vehicle for movement over low-adhesion surface comprises a conventional wheeled vehicle installed and secured on a positive-buoyancy platform, the steering and driving wheels of said vehicle being secured to separate movably-interconnected pontoons. Driving wheels are mounted on free-rotating rollers which transmit rotary motion to working member whose contact elements correspond to the kind of transport surface.
