SUBSTANCE: antitheft device which locks steering gear has stem with lock and fasteners intended for fixing the device on steering wheel and made in form of two U-shaped yokes holes to let pass the stem. Length of stem is not less than 600 mm. One end of stem is upset so that its width is greater than its diameter. Stem fitted on steering wheel prevents turning of wheels as end of stem projecting beyond the wheel thrusts against the dashboard, or parts of car or driver. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 dwg
