FIELD: vehicles. SUBSTANCE: device has a body, two collars, rod and locking mechanism movable regarding the rod. Locking member of the first collar telescopically mounted inside the rod has the possibility of 90 deg. slewing. Locking member has a bushing and two segmental floating semi-rods kinematically engaged through two cross grooves with two flanges on the inner bushing surface. Clamping members of both collars are constructed as two semi-rings hinged with each other. The ear of the second collar has two rings fastened to collar semi-rings and interacts kinematically with removable locking mechanism. Locking mechanism has three spring loaded sets of pins of different diameter set up coaxially in holes of different diameter, three in each hole. Holes are made at a certain distance inside the body of locking mechanism. Hole of greater diameter is positioned on the side of pushing member. The button being the locking mechanism pushing member is spring-loaded and kinematically interacts with the rod floating along axis. EFFECT: enhanced security. 4 dwg
