FIELD: underwater towed systems. SUBSTANCE: underwater tug has rope to which fairwaters are connected by means of shackles and cable passed through chambers made in tail portions. Each fairwater is S-shaped in form in the plan at respective relationship of radial of curvature of convexities of lateral sides and lengths of these convexities. Made on one of lateral sides of dairwaters is slot in form of meander whose width corresponds to the diameter of cable. This slot is used for bringing the cable inside the fairwater.
