FIELD: navigation. SUBSTANCE: self-contained rising buoy has bouyant body (housing) to whose lower semisphere cylindrical shell (skirt) is welded. Drum with buoy-rope is bolted to the ring of the shell. Mounted on upper cheek of the buoy-rope drum is low-inertial rope remover which is provided with hydrodynamic wing (hydraulic brake) and central guide bush for the buoy-rope; this bush is secured in the cheek by means of nut and is used simultaneously as pivot shaft for rope remover. Bolted to the lower cheek of the drum is casing provided with two friction bushes shifted relative to the drum axis. Breaking system connected with the command device by means of cable is aslo mounted in the casing. Buoy-rope running off the drum passes through rope remover, central bush and two friction bushes and is secured to clamp brought into thimble of anti0silt wire with the aid of wedge clip and clamp. Clamp brought into the thimble is connected to the breaking system. Other end of anti-silt wire is connected to chain by means of clamp; chain is secured in anchor. Welded to lateral surface of anchor which is just metal envelope filled with cement is eye ring to which rope is connected by means of clamp. Other end of this rope is connected to underwater structure being raised. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 dwg
