FIELD: navigation. SUBSTANCE: upon receiving coded command, equipment unit feeds electric power to lock-disconnector disconnecting the container from anchor. Container possessing positive buoyancy floats unwinding the buoy rope. In surfacing, buoy rope wound on changeable casette gets unwound; axis of rotation of container is close to horizontal since center of gravity and center of buoyancy coincide which is necessary for successive unwinding of buoy rope bights. As soon as container appears on sea surface, power is fed to lock-latch by signal of hydrostatic device; lock-latch operates and releases equipment unit which is then sent home to extreme position by spring pushers over guides after which it is locked on container plate by means of pawls. Center of gravity gets shifted due to motion of equipment unit and axis of container takes vertical position. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 dwg
