FIELD: aeronautical engineering. SUBSTANCE: the following parameters of aircraft motion are measured: altitude, range to rated touch-down point, aircraft deviation from plane passing through axis of the runway, arbitrary altitudes and deviations up to order for which the abovementioned parameters are preset at the terminal point of the descent part; aircraft descent path is formed as dependence of flight altitude and lateral deviation from vertical plane passing through axis of the runway, from horizontal range to rated touch-down point making use of parameters of motion and derivatives at points of the beginning and termination of descent. Maximum deviations of aircraft from the preset trajectory are set and in case its deviation from the preset trajectory exceeds maximum value, new trajectory is formed relative to which control of the aircraft is effected. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and safety of landing in case of perturbations for wide range of initial conditions. 2 cl, 1 dwg
