FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: container for food products has hopper with cover, safety valve and filler head. Hopper in installed on base with running gear. Hopper has vertically installed lower, intermediate and upper sections. Each section has shell and bottom with labyrinth sealing of joints. Sections are connected by quick-acting fasteners. Sections accommodate perforated pans for food products. Installed on bottoms of upper and intermediate sections are compensators made up of envelopes made of flexible material, spacer rings and end face plates. Inner spaces of compensators communicate with atmosphere. Food carbon dioxide from bottles same as those used in water siphons flows through filler head into upper section space wherefrom, through calibrated holes in channels of its bottom, gas passes into intermediate section space. Further on gas enters lower section. Simultaneously air gets out through expansion tank of liquid manometer. Gauge pressure of the order of 20 - 40 mm of water column is set in hopper spaces. Gas medium inside hopper has reduced amount of oxygen and higher amount of carbon dioxide which provides conservation properties to medium and decelerates processes of natural spoiling of food products.
